, This is written in response to the application for a permit
of John J. Sullivan to construct five parking lots con- �
taining 239 off-street parking spaces i.n conjunction with
five apartment buildings on the east and west sides of
Westerri Avenue between the Northern Pacific Railroad tracks -
' • and Cottage Avenue described as Lots 19 and 20, except the .
North 150 feet of Lot 19 and except the Northerly 236 feet
- of Lot 20, �Cottage Homes.
1 At the February 3, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the staff
- reported that the plans for the off-street parking facili- '
ties for each apartment meet;� the design standards for such
facilities and "that the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the
- _ plans as to traffic and recommends approval. Based upon
the above findings, the Board of Zoning recom�tends approval
� of the application to construct the off-street parking �
�facilities. �
