RFSOLVED, That the Commiesioner of Public Works be and is hereby ordered and direoted:
1. To investigate the neceseitq for, or desirability of, the malang of esid improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and eatimated coat of said improvement, and the total coet thereof. �
3. To furnish s plan, profile or eketch of said improvement.
4. To state whather or not eaid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commiesioner of Finance.
