Whereas, Mr. Robert Schneider, 366 East Laspenteur Avenue, has made
application tq the City o� St. Pau1 and to the Villa�e of Maplewood to
connect his property more specifically described as being Lots 9 thru
• 16, Block l, Charles Second Addition, City of St. Paul, to the Villa�e
of Maplewood public s��er in Larpenteur Avenue, and
Whereas, The existing City of St. Pau1 ordinances authorizin� the
connection of the Village of Maplewood public sanitary sewer system to that
of the City of St. Paul prohibits extension of sewer service beyond the
corporate limits of said Village, except as modified by ordinance, and
Whereas, The City is now preparing said required ordinance to permit
the property at 366 East L�rpenteur Avenue to connect to the Village of
Maplewood public sewer located in Larpenteur Avenue and
Whereas, Said City resident is in great need of sanitary sewer
service�be it�
Resolved� That the Commissioner of Public Works be hereby instructed
to issue a permit for the connection of said City property to the sewer
system of said Village, informal approval of said connection being given
in anticipation of said ordinance.
