RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Publio V�orke be and ie hereby ordered and direoted:
1. To investigate the neceesity for, or desirability of, the making of said improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and eatimated coat of ssid improvement� and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnish a plan, profile or eketch of said improvement. '
4. To state whether or not eaid improvement ie a,sked for on the petition of three or more owners.
b. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commieaioner of I�nance.
