North one hundred seventy-three (N. 173) feet � of the West seventy-nine and forty-nine hun- , . dredths (W. 79.49) feet thereof, _ At the February 3,� 1966 Board �of Zoning meeting, the staff reported that subject property is an irregularly shaped, vacant tract with an area of 72,818 square feet. The surrounding uses are as follows: North, vacant � single-family; East, single-family; South, vacant � single-family; Southwest, multiple-family; West, vacant � single- family. The surrounding zoning is entirely "A" Residence except for a large tract to the southwest which is "C" Residence. It was the findings of the Board that the `area to the north � east . is a single-family area but the subject property and the property to the South � west takes on the cha"racter of a "C" Residence district - due to the large multiple-family development to the southwest.
