The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. �26574 approved Jan. 4th. 1966
relative to recoastructing the sidewalk on both sides of Humboldt Ave. from Ring St. to
Elizabeth St. and by doing all other work which is necessarq and incidental to complete r
said improvement.
