Three Thousand IJine Hundred Forty-seven Dollars a.�d Ninety Cen�s ($39�7.90), said sum constituting the net proceeds arising from the sale of the old morgue site, and the proper �city officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed con- veying the following described real es�ate to the County of Ramsey: "All of Lot 1�+, and, except the Northeasterly 25 � feet thereof, Lot 13, Auditor' s Subdivision No. �4�+, �t.
