WHEREAS, The Engineer� s �stimate of the non-assessable work to
! ' be done is $950,00 including the Engineering and Inspection costs;
� therefo� be it - '
RESOLVED, That the above costs be charged to Comptroller' s
Contract L-6836 and this same fund be reimbursed from the City� s
share of Local Improvement Fl.ind, Code 0920-701.
