RESO�,VED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul -that the
, plans and specifications for sanitary sewer extension PARK H'R'.TS
3rd ADDITION for the Township of Woodbury, authorized by and
' sub,ject to the provisions, terms and conditions of the City of
Saint Paul Ordinance No. 11061, approved Ju1y 26, 1957 and as
amended, for the connection of the public sewer system of the
Village of Maplewood with that of The City of Saint Paul,
prepa.red by consulting engineers of said Township and approved by
the Village Council of Maplewood and Town Board of Woodbury,
and heretofore submitted to and approved by the Commissioner
of Public Works and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all things
approved.
