RESOLVED, That the Midas Muffler Company, owner of subject premises,
co�only known as Lots 3 and 4, Beck's Addition, 570 University Avenue,
St. Paul, Minnesota, hereby is granted a permit, pursuant to their appli-
cation therefor, to constru�ct a new driveway entrance not to exceed 30 ft.
in width to be located at the above described property, and to thereafter
maintain and operate the same as so constructed, subject to said permittee's
compliance with all applicable State Statu�s, City Ordinances and rules and
regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
