The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered sa.id report, hereby resolves: �
' •1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, aud the said improvement
', is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. .
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is

to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Wellesley Ave: from Finn St. to
- Cretin Ave, and by doing all other �ork which is necessary and incidental to co�plete
said improvement� except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now• exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof ia 3•25 Per lin. ft. for 5' walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the day of
J�e� 19� , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court
House and City Hal� Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total coat thereof as estimated. • -
