The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
� 1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, a�nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to r.econstruct the side�ralk on both sides of Ha,gue Ave. from Dale St. to St. Albans
St. and by doing a11 other work which is necessary and in.cidenta.l to complete said

said meeting to the peraons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and glace aF
