In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the east side of Fairview Ave.
from Sargent Ave. south to the a]1ey approximately 130 ft. and by doing all other
work which is neceasary a.nd incidental to complete sa,id improvement.
under Preliminary Order ��7938 approved March 31, 1966
The Council of the G`ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F'inance
upon the above impravement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, aud the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Fairview Ave. frama Sargent Ave.
south to the alley approximately 130 ft. and by doing all other work which is �
necessary and incidenta;l to complete said improvement, except where good and
sufficient poured sidewalks now exist. •

Resolved Further, Z`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 23rd day of
June, 1966` at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the,nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
