In the Matter of reconatructing the si.dewalk on both sides of Carter Ave. from
Como Av�e: to Keston St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental
to complete said improvement. -
under Preliminary Order ��7�4 approved March 29, 1966 ,
The Council of the Gity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa.id regort, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, aud the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ,
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Carter Ave. from Como Ave. to Keston St.
and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improve-
ment, except where good a.nd sufficient poured sidewalks now exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is 3•25 Per lin. ft. fo$ 5' walk

� Resolved Further, Z`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2�d day of
June, 1g66 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court
I3ouse and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance. give notice of
• said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af -
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estima,ted.
