The Council of the G`ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of I+�na,nce
upon the above impravement, and having considered sa,id re�port, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the sa,me is hereby appraved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. Ttiat the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is �
to reconstruct the sidewal.k on both sides of Exeter P]ace from Dayton Ave, to
Riverwood Place and on the north side of Riverwood Place from Exeter Pl.a,ce west
to the�west line of Lot l� Blk. 2, Shadow Falls Park Addition and by doing all
other wor.k which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement� except
where good. and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist.

heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
