The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said regort, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, aud the said improvement
� is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. _
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is . .
to recottstruct the sidewalk on the north side' of Gordon Ave: from Scudder Ave.
to the southeast approximately 379 ft. includ3ng Lot 6� Blk: 35, St. Anthon�y Paxk

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, atating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estima,ted. �
