In the Matter of reconatructing the sidewalk on the north side of Ra.ndolph Ave. from _
Osceola Ave. to Ba.y St: and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental

under Preliminary Order 227831 approve� March 24, 1966
The Council of the Gity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
- upon the above improvement, and having considered sa.id report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, and the said improvement .
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ' � �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is ' -
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the north side of Randolph Ave: from Osceola Ave. to
Bay St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and 3ncidental to complete said
improvement, except where good a,nd sufficient poured sidewalks now exist.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 21st day of

said meeting to the persons and in the manner p'rovided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af �
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estima,ted. �
