The Council of the Gity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report a,nd� the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. Tha,t the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Forest St. Prom Rose Ave. to `
Gera.nium.Ave, a,nd by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improve�nt, except where good and sufficien.t poured sidewalks now
exist. •

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
