Hall; and WHEREAS, on Mazch 11, 2005, NHPI conducted an inspection of said property and issued a Correction Notice with a compliance deadline of Mazch 21, 2005; and WHEREAS, on Mazch 23, 2005, NHPI conducted a reinspection of said property and found lack of compliance with the previous order; and WHEREAS, on Mazch 24, 2005, NHPI sent the holder ofthe rental registration certificate for the subject property, David D. Hall, a$50 excessive consumption bill, addressed to 17306 Idelwood Way, Lakeville MN 55044, the address on said certificate; and WHEREAS, as of May 12, 2005, said $50.00 has not been paid, and Legislative Code §51.06 (a) (v) provides that non-payment of fees for excessive consurnption is grounds for certificate revocation; and WHEREAS, on March 24, 2005, NHPI notified David D. Hall ofthe need to arrange an interior inspection ofthe subject property, and WHEREAS, as of May 12, 2005, an interior inspection has not been arranged, and Legislative Code §51.07 (a) (iri) provides that the imposition of an excessive consumption fee is grounds for an interior inspection; and WHEREAS, on April 28, 2005, NHPI sent David D. Hall the proper Notice of Intent to Revoke Rental Registration (copy attached); and WHEREAS, David D. Hall has not appealed said notice and the time for filing an appeal has expired; now therefore BE IT RESOLVED, that based on the foregoing, the Saint Paul City Council hereby adopts the following findings and order concemnig the subject property at 606 EDMITND AVE . The above-referenced Rental Registration Certificate issued to David D. Hall for the single family rental property at 606 EDMUND AVE, Saint Paul, MN is hereby revoked. I have referred this matter to the St. Paul City Council with a recommendation to revoke the rental registration certificate. The City Council will revoke unless an appeal is filed 'm the next thirteen (13) days from the date of this notice. An appeal may be filed pursuant to legislative Code § 18.02, by appearing in person between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 430 p.m on any business day at the City Clerk's Office, Room 170, City Hall, 15 W. Note: Renting a property without a certificate is a misdemeanor. Please call me as soon as possble to arrange a meeting to discuss how to correct this situation before the City Council acts to revoke this certificate.
