2 feet of the northwesterly 77� feet of Black 20,and except
northwesterly 75; feet of the southwesterly 167.5 feet of
said Block 20;
all in accordance with final plans dated Received April 6, 1966; subject
to the condition that said applicant-permittee, and his successors and
ass�igns, shall make due compliance with all applicable provisions of
Municipal ordinances, State statutes and rules and regulaxions of public
authorities having cognizance.

At the April 7,. 1966 Board of Zoning meeti.ng, the staff
reported that the applicant wishes to add�five floors of
parking to�the present structure which 'would be an addi- _ .
- " tional 253 parking spaces. The Traffic Engineer has .
approved the plan as to traffic. The additional floors -
� - meet the design standards for this type facility. There-
fore, the Board recommends app'roval of the application for
a permi.t to construct the parking structure.

Dictory Ramp for permit to develop aite with a 643-car parking
lot (253 new and 390 existing) on the following property: City
of Saint Paul, aubject to Fourth Street, aubject to easement over
Southeasterly 2 feet of Northwesterly 77 feet of Block 20, except
Northwesterly 75 feet of Southwesterly 167.5 feet of said Block 20.
