W�REAS, the Office of the Corporation Counsel has
certified in writing that it is in doubt as to who is en-
titled�to the award of damages, in the amount of $30.00, .
for the taking of the follo�ing described easement:
An easement in the land necessary for slopes,
cuts and fills inclnding right of removal of
lateral snpport from subject land or remainder
thereof occasioned by excavations thereof or con-
struction of slopes in the gradi.ng of the alley
in the following: Lot 6, Block 3, Oakland Park

land along the South line of the North side of the
alley, to be of variable width bnt not to exceed a
maxivanm width of 2 feet, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the �

RESOLVED, Z'hat a warrant be drawn for said sum of $30.00,
payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Ramsey Connty, Minnesota, for the party
or parties entitled thereto.
