RESOLVED, That Emmaus Lutheran Church be and hereby is granted
a permit to construct and operate a 68-car parking facility on property
located on sauthwest corner of Idaho Avenue a.nd 'Oxford Street, more
particularly described as follows:
, Lots 1 and 2, except the South 63.5 feet of Block 8, Como
Addition;
all in accordance with final plans dated Received April 6, 1966; subject
to the condition that said applicant-permittee, and his sucessors and
assigns, shall make due compliance with all applicable provisions of �
Municipal ordinances, State statutes and rules a.nd regulations of public
authorities having cognizance. '
