• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Contract Co�►ittee
, therefor and hereby•awards contract for widening and repaving Sixth Street from
Mounds Blvd. to Arcade Street, MSA 64-197-01, to ASHBACA CONSTRIICTION COI�ANY in
accordance with City plans and specifications therefor and heretv attached and
the Formal Bid #1773 of said Ashbach Construction Company for the contract price

of $151,840.18/(plus Water Dept Charges $4680.00, Engineering $19,739.22,
Inspection 3036.80, Dept of Pnb.Safety $350.00, Dept of Finance $322.00 - by City

reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
