by the City of Sa,int Pau1, the City of West Saint Pau1, Ramsey County, Da.kota
County, and the Minnesota Highway Department in agreements which desi�ate the
City of Saint Paul as the agent of all the parties to prepare pla.n.s and speci-
fications, advertise for bids, award a contract �or construction of the above
described improvement, and to provide construction inspection, sub�ect to re-
imbursem,ent by the other parties.
