This is written in response to the application for a Permit of - .
Dean Lonnquist to operate a nine-unit trailer lot on the northeast
corner of Ruth Street and Highway # 12 frontage road, descri.bed as
that part of Tract C, Reg. Land Survey No. 91, Files of Registrar _
of Titles, County of Ramsey, State Qf Minn. , beginning at the inter-
section of the West line of said Tract C and the North right-of-way
- line of U. S. Hi�hway # 12, thence along said West line 150 feet;
thence at right angles 150 feet; thence South at right angles to the
said North right-of-way line; thence Westerly along said North right-
of-way line to the point of beginning. _
At the February 17, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting, the staff reported
that this business is to be operated in conjunction with a filling
station. The maximum size of the trailers is to be six feet wide
and ten feet long. 'I`he plan meets the standards for this type faci-
lity and the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plans as to traffic ' .
• and recommends approval. The Board of Zoning, therefore, recommends
. that the application for a Permit be- granted for nine trailers of the '
maximum size of six feet by ten feet. -
