Dear Sir: -
This is written in response to the application for a Permit
_ • of Larry Dimmen to operate a 12-unit trailer lot on the
� � southwest corner of [aest 7th Street an� Albion Avenue, des-
� cribed as the East 10 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lots 3,4,5,
. and1the North 1/2 of alley as vacated accuring to Lots 2,3,
4, and 5, Block 30, West End Addition.
, At the February 17, 1966,Board of Zoning meeting, the staff
reported that this business is to be operated in conjunction
with a filling station. The maximum size. of the trailers is
" to be 10 feet in length and 6 feet in width. The plan meets
the standards for this type facility and the Traffic Engineer _
� approved the plan with respect to traffic. The Board of
Zoning, therefore, recommends that the application for a
Permit be granted for 12 trailers of the maximum size of 10 �
� feet by 6 feet. � _
