Adopted by Council: Date �U�' r� , c�-n �S Adoption Certified by Council Secretary BY ., (Yj`��� MEMORANDUM OF IINDERSTANDING BETWEEN TI� CITY OF SAINT PAUL & THE SA1NT PAUL SUPERVISORS ORGANIZATION The City of Saint Paul (City) and the Saint Paul Supervisors Organization (Union) agree to the following: Any member of the bazgaining unit who separates his/her employment from the City and is eligible to receive severance pay, and who has accrued but unused vacation shall have all such time paid out into a Post Employment Health Plan.
