The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 226856 approved Jan. 19th. 1q66
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Richmoad St. from Goodhue �'t.
to Goodrich Ave. and bq doing all other work which is necessarq and incidental to com-
