WHEF3EAS The City of Saint Paul, by Resolution� Courieil
F'ile No. 200�00� approved Febr�ary 21 1961� condemned and took

ptamping station sites, structures and slopes for flood control
purposes; and
WHERSAS� The Port Authority of the. City of Saint Paul was � "
the owner of a portion of said land and the Au�hority has now
presented to the City a quit claim deed eonveying said land to
the City; now� therefore� be it
RESOLVED� That the proper �ity officers are herebp aut�iorized
and directed to accept the qi�.3.t �laim deed eonveying the following
deseribed land to the City of Saint Paul and to record said deed
