The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 226�52 approved Jan. 12th. lg 66
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Englewood Ave. from Fairview
Ave. to Wheeler St. aad by doing all other work which is neeessarv and incidental to
complete said improvement.
