AN ORDINANCE SETTLING THE CLAII�4 OF R. RAY� OKONESKI
AND LAURA H. OKONESKI AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby suthorized
to pay out. o£.the Tor.t Liability. Fund 003��-421, to R. Ra.y Okoneski and
Laura H. Okoneski, the sun of $113.00, in full settle�ent of their clain
for damages sustai.ned on Apri1 .25, 1966, in an accident involving a City
vehicle driven by Max J. Gallas, at or near the intersection of Rice and
Sycamore Streets, Saint Paul, Mi.nnesota.
Section 2.. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimants
upon their execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in
. a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained
• in the manner aforesaid..
Section 3.. That this ordinance shall take effect and be i.n

TE� COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-421, to R. Ray Okoneski and
Laura H. Okaneski, the sum of $113.00, in full settlement of their claim
for damages sustained on April 25, 1966, in an accident involving a City
vehicle driven by A�ax J. Gallas, at or near the intersection of Rice and
Sycamore Street� Saint Paul, Minnesota.
� Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimants
upon their e:cecution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustaa.ned
