. The Council of the City of St. Paul haoing received �he report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the na,ture of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Victoria St. from Grand Ave. to Su�it
! Ave. a.nd by doing a]1 other work which is necessary a,nd incidental to complete said

• June, 1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court -
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F`inance give notice of �
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
