The Council of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
�� 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. , _
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is �
to reconatruct the sidewalk on the east side of Forest St, from E. Geranium Ave. to
E. Jessamtne Ave, and by doing all other work which is necessary an.d incidental to
couiplete said improvement, except where good and suff3.cient poured sidewalks now

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�+th day of
June, 1966 , at the hour-of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F�nance give notice of ,
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place o�f
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estimated." ��6�
