The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: -
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is .
to reconetruct the sidewalk on both sides of Hague Ave. From Dunla.p St. to Griggs St.
and by doing all other work which 3.s necessary and incidenta,l to complete said im-
provement, except where good. and suff3.cient poured sidewalks now exist.
