given permission to install one pole on '
N.W. corner of Pierce and St. Anthony with
necessary �uys, anchors an.d wises. Poles
and wires to be removed when requested to
do so by the Common Council and cost of
said removal to be borne by the Northern
Sta,tes Power Company.
