Council of the City of Saint Faul hereby delegates to
the City Comptroller or his representative the suthority
to open bids or proposals pertaining to bonds or bond
issues offered •for sale by the City of Saint Paul pursuant
to the provisions of �hapter 475� Minnesota Statutes 1961�
as amended; pnrsuant to the authority hereby granted, the ,
City Comptroller is hereby suthorized� on behalf of the 7

opening of the same at the time preseribed by the

session of said body� shall proceed to make s�n award with
respect to bids or proposals received and tabulated by
