COUNCIL RESOLU ION—GENERAL FORM

COMMISSIONE DA� - -
RESOLVED, That pursuant to the Award of the Industrial Commission,
dated April 18, 1966 , the proper City Officers are authorized and directed
t"o pay to Pauline Betts , widow of Ray Betts , deceased employee of the
Department of Public Safety, Burean of Police, the sum of $2,362.50 out
of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund, representing
Bayment of 15 per cent permanent partial disability to the back sustained
by said employee on December 29 , 1963 , while employed by the Department
of Public Safety, and that out of said sum, the employer, City of St.
Paul, shall deduct and pay directly to Stephen W. Shaughnessy, attorney
for Pauline Betts , $590.63 as and for attorney's fees herein.
