RESOLVED, That St. Paul Federal Savings and Loan
Association be and hereby is granted a permit to construct
and operate a 36-car parking facility on property located
on the east side of Cedar Street between Eighth and Ninth
Streets, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 3� 4� and 5� B lock 13, Roberts and Randalls
addition to Saint Paul, and all of Lot 2� lying
Westerly of Lots 4� 5, and 6;
all in accordance with final plans dated Received March 8,
1966; sub�ect to the condition that said applicant-permittee,
and his successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
all applicable provisions of Municipal ordinances, State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.

At the March 17, 1966 Board �of Zoning meeting, the staff �
. reported that the parking facility is to consist of a 17
� car surface parking lot for�customers and a 19 car under-
ground tenant-parking facility."� The plan meets the design
standards for this type facil.ity and the Traffic Engineer �
, has reviewed the plan as to traffic and recommends appro-
val. Therefore, the Board recommends approval of "the �
