RESOLVED, That R. W. Johnson be and hereby is granted
a permit to construct and operate a 38-car parking lot in
conjunction with an apartment house on property located
on. the west side of Farrington Street between the Northern
Pacific railroad tracks and Cottage �venue� more particularly
de�scribed as follows:
• -The South 115 feet of the North 351 feet of Lot 21,
Cottage Homes;
all in accordance with plans dated Received March 15, 1966;
.subject to the condition that said applicant-permittee, and
his successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
'all applicable provisions of Municipal ordinances � State
Statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.
