The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceedeii with. . - '
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is ,
to reconstruct the s3dewalk on the east side of Earl St. from Orange St. 'to $yacinth
St. a,nd by doing�all other work wh3.ch is necessary and incidental to complete said

improvement, except where good and sufficien.t�sidewalks now exis�.

� Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th `�day of
June, 1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in.the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of .
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature.of the improvement and the to�a,l cost thereof as estima.ted.
