The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of FSnance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sideWalk on the east eide of Payne Ave, from Zowa Ave. to '
Par]si�ay,Drive and on the west s3de of Payne Ave. from Iowa Ave. to Hoyt Ave. and
by doing all other work which 3s necessary and incidental to comp�ete said im-
provement, except where good a.nd su�ficient poured s3dewalks �now exiat.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l coat thereof as estimated. .
