In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of�Syndicate St. from

, The Council of the (;ity of St. Paul having received-the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report a,nd the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to�be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Syndica.te St. from Lincoln Ave. to
Fairmount Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement, except where good and su�ficient poured sidewal.ks now
exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 7�er 13n. ft. �'or 5' w�,lk

. Resolved Further, That.a public hearing be had on said improvement on the $th day of
`' June� 1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hea,ring, the nature of the improvement and the tot�a.l cost thereof as estimated. •
