The Council of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolvea: - �
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved' and adopted, and the said improvement
• is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. . -
2. That the nature of the improvement which"the Council.recommends is �
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the north side o� W. Winona St, from Nla.n.om3n Ave, to
Ohio Ave. and by�doing all other work which is neeessary a.nd incidental to complete
�'� said -improvement, except��hes�e good and sufficient poured sidewalks 'now exist.

with no alternatives, and that the_ estimated cost thereof is $3•25 per lin. ft. for 5' walk -

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the $th day of
June,=1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber o� the Court
�. ' House and City Hall Building in the �ity of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons-and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place af
.heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l cost thereof as estimated. . _
