WHEREAS, Mr. Walter Johnson, 1361 West Hoyt Avenue, Falcon Heights, has made
application to the City of St. Paul to connect this property more specifically
described as being the easterly 18 feet of Lot 26, and all of Lot 27, except the
east g feet thereof, Block 8, Cables Hamline Heights Addition, Falcon Heights,
Minnesota, to the City of St. Paul public sewer in Hoyt Avenue, and

WHEREAS, The existing City of St. Paul ordinances prohibit properties
.outside the City Limits of St. Paul to connect their sewer to the City of St. Paul
sewer system; except as modified by ordinance, and
-WHEREAS, The City Corporation Counsel is now preparing said required
, ordinance to permit the property at 1361 West HoytAvenue to connect to the City ,
sewer in Hqyt Avenue, " " ,
- WHEREAS, This resident of Falcon Heights is confronted with the health
hazard of a home seHrage disposal system that is not presently functioning nor
could be made to function, except at great cost to the resident, be it
�RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be hereby instructed to
is'sue a permit for the connection 'of said property in Falcon Heights to the sewer
sy�tem of St. Paul , informal approval of said connection being given in anticipation
of said ordinance. "
