and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the Generala Construction oP the Remodeling of

the Lexington-Branch Library, 1078 University Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota
to SHEEHY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor
and herei�p attached (including Altern�te Nos. 1 and 3)and the Formal Bid ��1723-G ot said
Sheehy Construction Company for the contract price of $164,100,00, such bid being the
_ lowest and said Sheehy Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
. therefor, and the proper C�ty officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
