RESOLVED, That the proper City officers hereby ratify and approve
-the signature of Commissioner Frank L. Loss, in behalf of the City of
Sai.nt Paul, upon a petition i�o rezone certain property i.n. the vici.nity of
�Jackson St. and Capitol Heights, from Class "C" Residential to Commer=
cial District, said property being legally described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, Bass'Rearrangement and Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13,
i5 and 21, Auditor's Sub. No. 67, and vacated Capitol Heights
Street;
