under Preliminary Order 22�� approved a��ry 5, 1966
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
� 1. That the said report a.nd the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenda is
to grade and surface with bituminoua material the\alleys in Union Park, Lots 3z-�+8 an.d
Lots 52-6�+ Incl.� the south east-west alley from Dewey St. to the north-south alley,
the north-south alley from the south east-west a11ey to the north east-west alley and
the north east-west alley from DeWey St. to Fairview Ave.

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 7s�22•56 ,
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �d day of
June, 1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber o� the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F�nance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l coat thereof as estimated.
