Miscellaneous and IInforeseen F�a.nd of the 1966 Budget of the
City of Saint Paul for participation by the City of t�aint Paul
in the Saint Paul Winter Carnival; and
WHEREA�, Saint �aul 1n�inter Carnival 9ssociation, Inc. ,
in a statement to the Comptroller dated March 24, 1966, over
' the signature of John P. Geisler� Managing Director of �aint
Paul Winter Carnival Associa tion, Inc . , indicates costs have been
incurred in connection with the subject Winter Carnival in
the amount of �5,000, said expenses being listed as follows:
General liability insurance for City and Officials.
Expenses incurred in the installation and maintenance
of "winter Carnival Toboggan �lide.
Labor and materials for construction of ramp at
��aint Paul Auditorium.
