WHEREaS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described �s the construction of
a Sanitary Sewer in BERRY ST�ET from Territorial Road to Pearl
St. ; al so a S�nitary Sewer Puznp Station in BERRY ST. at Territorial
Road and a Force Puain in Territorial Road, Comptroller � s Contract
L-671{1., Peter Zametti Construction Company, contractor, have been
provided for in the Specifications, and .

to-wit:
ADDITION
Tre diameter of the Air Chamber �rag increased one foot in
the Sanitary See�er �uinp Station to facili tate m,aintenance of
the Stat ion and e quipmont. . . . . . . . lump sum o� 2 00
and
V'1HEREAS, the total Adc�ition is � 572.00, now therefore, be it
RESOLV.ED, that the C i ty o f Sai nt Pau 1 thr ough it s C i ty C ounci 1�
approves the foregoing Addition raade in accordance with the�
Specifications in the sum of �p 572.00, said amount to be added to
the lu�p aum consider�.tion iti�a� in the contract, knotivn as Coinp- �
troller� s Contrac t L-67�.1, and �rhich axnount is to be financed
from City� s Share of Local Tmprovements, CODF 0920-701
� � The Commiss�o�er of �ublic Works has agreed tivith the
above named contractor that the sum of � 572.00 is the correct
amount to be added to the above contract. `
