RESOLVED
That the Northern States Power Company be
given permission to install five poles on
St. Anthony between Beacon and Pierce, two
poles on'Pierce St. north of Carroll, one
pole on Pierce south of C.M. St. Paul and
Pacific R.R. Tracks, one pole on St. A.nthony
west of Fairvietirtaith necessary guys, anchors
and wires. Poles and wires to be removed when
requested to do so by the Common Council and
cost of said removal to be borne by the Northern
States Power Company.
